This website is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption due to technical maintenance may however be decided by Europaband which will then endeavour to communicate to users the dates and times of the intervention.

The website is about the sale of customisable identification wristbands.
Europaband strives to provide the website with information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies in the update.
All the information indicated on the website is given on an indicative basis, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the website is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to modifications having been made since it went online.
4. Intellectual property and counterfeiting
Europaband owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all the elements available on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Europaband.

5. Limitations of liability
Europaband cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the website.
Interactive spaces (possibility of asking questions live via chat or in the contact area) are available to users. Europaband reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would be appropriate to the law applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to the protection of data. Where applicable, Europaband also reserves the right to question the user's civil and/or criminal liability, particularly in the event of a racist, abusive or defamatory message.
6. Management of personal data
In France, personal data is protected in particular by the law no. 78-87 of the 6th of January, 1978, the law no. 2004-801 of the 6th of August, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of the 24th of October, 1995.

In any case, Europaband only collects personal information about the user for the needs of certain services offered by the website. No personal information of the website user is published, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any kind of media to others without the knowledge of the user. Only the hypothesis of the buyback of Europaband and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify the data vis-à-vis the user of the website.
